Job summary

VSC Fire & Security in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage daily schedules for field teams across sprinkler, integrated systems, service and inspections. You will coordinate billing, purchase orders, and site communications to ensure deadlines are met.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.

What you need

• One to three years of related experience with training, scheduling, and customer service.
• Self-starter who is organized and thrives on providing organization and order.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with bookkeeping procedures, including billing, accounts receivable and collections.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

• Ability to pass various background checks.
• Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle.
