What You Need

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in inspections of fire suppression systems
• Exhibit leadership skills with hiring, training, scheduling, disciplining, and terminating employees
• Coordinate work of various departments and multiple projects to meet deadlines, customer service, and employee needs while complying with state and local building and safety codes
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals regarding work procedures, schedules, complaints, and construction problems
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Eagerness for professional development and growth
• Ability to pass various background checks
• Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle
• Desirable (but not required)
  • NICET Level I certification

What You Will Do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with the service of fire suppression systems
• Participate in the conceptual development of service plan and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and completion
• Maintain proper Risk Management and Safety procedures on all job sites per VSC policies
