Byrider is seeking a Service Coordinator in Parkersburg, WV to greet customers, manage phone inquiries, and schedule service appointments. You will follow up on repairs and assist the Service Manager while maintaining accurate repair orders.

The role offers a Monday–Friday, 7:00–5:00 schedule with full benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off. Prior customer service experience is welcomed and encouraged.

Formación

• Customer service experience is welcome.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and manage their inquiries.
• Take phone calls and answer customer questions.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with techs.
• Follow up with customers after service.
• Complete repair orders and assist the Service Manager.
