Byrider is seeking an Assistant Service Manager in Parkersburg, WV to support daily service operations and deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will assist with scheduling, communications, and coordination between customers and the service team, while upholding company standards and driving service efficiency. Training and growth opportunities are available in a structured, customer-facing leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, automotive service, scheduling, service advising, or another customer-facing leadership role.
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with daily department operations
• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
• Answer incoming calls and customer questions
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Follow up with customers regarding service and repairs
• Prepare and complete repair orders accurately

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Service Manager, you'll help keep the Service Department running smoothly while providing an excellent experience for every customer.
