Role Description

The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls Area. This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating service calls, managing technician assignments, and ensuring timely completion of installations, repairs, and maintenance work. The Service Coordinator communicates with customers to confirm service needs, provide status updates, and follow up on completed jobs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining service records, prioritizing work orders, collaborating with the operations team on resource allocation, and supporting continuous improvements in service delivery. This role also involves handling inbound inquiries, resolving basic customer concerns, handling special projects as assigned, and ensuring a smooth workflow between the office, technicians, and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills to schedule, track, and prioritize service activities effectively.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and internal team members.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships.
