Meijer is seeking a Service Coordinator in Fort Wayne to lead and support front-end operations, coordinating checkout flow, keeping the department clean, and assigning tasks to cashiers and service desk teams. You will coach staff to meet productivity and service goals while driving customer satisfaction.

The Service Coordinator exists to ensure a high-quality customer shopping experience by leading and supporting front-end operations. This role coordinates checkout flow, maintains front-end cleanliness and standards, and assigns work for cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members to meet productivity and service expectations. Through active coaching, labor utilization, and customer issue resolution, the Service Coordinator drives strong customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and accountability for front-end performance. Available 745a to 415p on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and available to work 2-1030p two weekday nights, preferably Monday Tuesday.

What You’ll Be Doing
