DBS Residential Solutions, Inc. is seeking a friendly, organized Service Coordinator to support our Service Team in Duluth, MN.

This full-time, in-office position keeps service calendars full, assists customers with questions, and ensures a remarkable experience from first call through completed appointment. You will work with the service technicians to maintain schedules, troubleshoot customer concerns with empathy, and reflect the DBS standard of service in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Call-center, scheduling, or data-entry experience is preferred.
• Experience handling difficult conversations or de-escalating customer concerns is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply!

You will help keep our service technicians' calendars full, assist customers with questions and concerns, and make sure every interaction reflects the level of service DBS is known for. This is not your average call-center position. You will be an important connection between our customers and our service technicians-and a big part of creating a remarkable experience from the first phone call through the completed appointment.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls from service customers.
• Make outbound calls using an established call queue.
• Schedule service appointments and keep technician calendars full and organized.
• Help customers troubleshoot concerns and determine the appropriate next step.
• Respond to questions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Calmly assist customers who may be frustrated or concerned.
• Maintain accurate customer information, appointment details, and service records.
• Communicate schedule updates with customers and members of the Service Team.
• Provide support to other departments when needed.
• Serve as a guardian of our reputation by creating a remarkable "WOW" experience during every interaction.
