DBS Residential Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Duluth-area team, offering a path to a six-figure career with no cold calling and paid training.

You'll work with pre-qualified homeowner appointments, build trust, inspect concerns, design solutions, and guide homeowners to decisions using our proven process. Typical first-year earnings are $80,000, with top performers earning $150,000+ annually.
