Job summary

1-800 Hansons is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support our Service Team in Troy, MI. You’ll bridge customers and service technicians, ensuring quick, professional responses to post-installation requests.

This is a full-time onsite role with training and growth opportunities. We offer up to $20/hour, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401(k) with match, PTO with rollover, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for incoming customer service requests, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up.
• Respond to service tickets so customers are kept informed and confident their needs are being addressed.
• Schedule and coordinate service technicians, prioritizing by area and urgency to maximize efficiency.
• Assist walk-in customers and handle their needs on the spot with a solutions-first mindset.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure a positive post-installation experience.
• Build a thorough understanding of Hansons products to confidently answer customer questions.
