Job summary

Triumph Santa Monica is seeking a Talented Service Concierge / Valet & Advisor to be the first impression in our service department. You will handle motorcycle pickup and delivery, assist with service check-in/out, and coordinate between Parts and Service to keep the shop running smoothly.

You’ll greet riders, support the service manager with repair orders and customer updates, and help maintain an organized service drive.

Qualifications

• Valid motorcycle endorsement (required).
• Clean driving record.
• Confident handling of motorcycles of all sizes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities
