Exceptional Dental in Saint George, UT seeks a Motorcycle Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on powersport vehicles in line with dealer and factory standards. This role emphasizes quality, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

The technician will diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, attend factory training, road-test when needed, and protect customer equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for powersports with specialized knowledge of motorcycles, especially Indian and Triumph brands.
• Experience with Lightspeed or similar point-of-sale software, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Able to bend, lift and twist if needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend factory-sponsored training classes and be familiar with factory technical bulletins

• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous waste

While not directly interacting with customers, the Technician plays a key role in supporting sales by identifying additional service opportunities and communicating them to the service team.
