Kendall Toyota Lexus of Anchorage is hiring a Service Receptionist to support the service team. In this role you will field incoming calls, answer questions, route to the right service advisor, and take messages as needed.

You may greet clients in person and schedule service recalls while providing updates. We value candidates with strong customer service experience, time management, and solid communication skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.

• Comfortable handling inbound calls and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Field all calls for the service department and answer client questions.
• Connect clients with the correct service advisor and take messages as needed.
• Greet clients in person occasionally and complete outbound calls to schedule service recall appointments and provide updates.
