Job summary

Hiley Hyundai of Burleson is seeking a Service Advisor to oversee service orders and ensure courteous, effective service at the Drive Lane. You will take ownership of the customer experience and provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.

You will help maintain technician time sales and respond to vehicle questions, warranties, and repairs while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.
