Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or over the phone.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is effectively sold to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
