C. Harper Auto Group is actively seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will build relationships, tailor solutions, and guide buyers through the vehicle selection process to meet their needs.

• Sales Excellence: Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, consistently achieving sales targets.
• Ethical Conduct: Conduct all business activities in an ethical and professional manner.
• Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance as per dealership policies.

About the Role:

• Salaried Pay Plan:A stable, fixed salary for consistent income.
• Draw/Commission Pay Plan:A more performance-based plan where your earnings are tied to your sales success.
• Protected Salary Pay Plan:Available during your probationary period, this plan provides guaranteed income while you transition into the role.
