Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally transport customer vehicles between their homes and our dealership.
• Create a positive, professional experience during vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Use the Driver Q App to efficiently manage vehicle pick-ups and returns.
• Ensure that every vehicle is delivered in pristine condition.
• Maintain precise records of all vehicle movements and services performed.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership safety protocols.
• Address customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the service team to coordinate vehicle pick-ups and deliveries.
