Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or customer-facing roles.
• Experience troubleshooting software and debugging Java-based apps.
• Strong SQL and database concepts.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud products.
• Proficiency in English.
