Job summary

Lifeway is seeking a Service Cloud Data Analyst to administer and optimize contact center technology platforms. You will analyze data to identify trends and provide insights, helping leaders understand complex metrics.

This remote position involves occasional travel to Nashville, offering flexible work hours and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and a 401(k) plan. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in data analysis and call center environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a call/contact center or customer service role.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience with workforce management systems (Calabrio preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Service Cloud Voice and AWS telephony systems.
• Manage call queue configuration and reporting for performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
