Qualifications

• Ability to create effective presentations for management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze data for internal performance reporting.
• Analyze lost productivity and estimate budgetary impacts.
• Compile interval call volume data and recommend schedule changes.
• Own agent performance scorecards to assist management.
• Track overtime and forecast expected monthly expenses.
• Present weekly staffing changes and assist in determining needs.
• Assist with labor requirement forecasting.
• Perform ad hoc reporting for Operations management.
