Qualifications

• Normal requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to operate sprayers, floaters, forklifts, front-end loaders, articulating loaders, skid steers and other agricultural equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Class B CDL typically required, Hazmat preferred.
• Must hold or obtain pesticide or fertilizer licenses or certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers or Service Centers.
• Applies crop production inputs to fields and growing crops per rates and pesticide labels.
• Mixes or blends products per rates and pesticide labels.
• Records application data per regulations and standards.
• Manages inventory and record-keeping.
• Operates handling, blending, storage, transport, and application equipment.
• Performs daily vehicle and equipment inspections; repairs as needed.
• Assists in loading trucks, ammonia tanks, and fertilizer trucks.
• Works to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supports team in other duties for customer service.
