Job summary

Conserv FS, Inc in Waterman, IL is seeking a Service Center Team Member to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience at the service center. Under the guidance of the Service Center Manager, you will apply crop production inputs, blend products, manage inventory, and ensure accurate records while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid CDL or driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs; Hazmat

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related work experience in agricultural operations.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Licenses/certifications in crop production inputs as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers or Service Centers.
• Applies crop production inputs following labels and rates.
• Mixes or blends products per procedures.
• Records application data.
• Maintains inventory and records.
• Sets up handling and equipment for blending and delivery.
• Inspects and maintains vehicles and equipment daily.
• Assists in loading trucks and ammonia tanks.
• Supports efficiency and cost-reduction goals.
• Collaborates with operations team to serve customers.
