Job summary

Conserv FS, Inc. in Marengo, IL is seeking a Service Center Team Member to support daily operations and deliver exceptional service to customers. You will work with the service center team to ensure timely delivery of products and accurate handling of inventory and records.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of related work, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record; CDL A and Hazmat endorsements are preferred. OSHA and safety policies apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• 2 years or more of related work experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• CDL Class A and Hazmat endorsement preferred
• All required pesticide or fertilizer licenses/certifications as applicable

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers or Service Centers according to company standards.
• Applies crop production inputs to fields and growing crops following pesticide labels.
• Mixes or blends products per rates and labels.
• Records application data according to regulations and standards.
• Maintains inventory and records per procedures.
• Prepares material handling, blending, storage, transport, and delivery equipment.
• Performs daily inspection and routine maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Assists in loading trucks and ammonia/fertilizer transport.
• Supports across divisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
