Job summary

Conserv FS, Inc. is seeking a Service Center Team Member to support daily operations at our service center. You will deliver products, apply crop inputs, monitor inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining safety policies.

Role requires driving and equipment operation with CDL Class A preferred; Hazmat endorsed candidates are favored. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits and pension plan.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related work experience to operate agricultural equipment safely.
• Must hold or obtain pesticide or fertilizer licenses or certifications where applied.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL Class A and Hazmat preferred.
• Experience operating agricultural equipment such as sprayers, forklifts, loaders and similar gear.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers or service centers.
• Applies crop production inputs to fields following labels and rates.
• Mixes or blends products per rates and labels.
• Records application data per regulations.
• Controls inventory and maintains records.
• Sets up equipment for blending and delivery.
• Performs daily vehicle and equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Repairs and rebuilds equipment as needed.
• Assists in loading trucks and tanks for delivery.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Works with operations team on customer service tasks.
