Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to help run the daily operations of our service center. You will supervise staff, perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance when needed, and educate guests on services to build loyalty.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends, the ability to manage schedules and inventory, and a focus on safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environment.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build guest loyalty.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor and improve performance.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled spaces.
