Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Assistant Service Center Manager at our Grove City location. You will support the Service Center Manager, train hourly staff, and ensure top-quality guest experiences through Valvoline’s trusted process.

You’ll lead service-floor operations, build a high-performance team, and help drive safety, audits, and store performance with efficient scheduling and inventory assistance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience required (coaching, training, and supervising a team).
• Customer service mindset and ability to build loyalty while following procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and making sound judgments under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance on vehicles; educate guests.
• Supervise daily service center operations and train new team members.
• Develop weekly work schedules and ensure labor law compliance.
