Qualifications

• High School diploma required; five years social service experience preferred; three years acceptable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Model an open, client-centered, compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
• Balance and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Provide oversite of daily activities and operations of the center.
• Banking / Billing - deposits and voucher coding.
• Record, report and manage all in-kind donations.
• Provide referrals to internal and external resources as needed.
• Interview and assess clients’ needs and maintain records.
