Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to support daily operations and lead hourly staff in a fast-paced service environment. You will supervise, train, and ensure excellent customer service, while performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance when needed.

The role involves managing schedules, assisting with inventory and audits, and promoting safety, teamwork, and personal development. Weekend flexibility is preferred in a dynamic retail/service setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail or service environments.
• Customer service focused and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using KPIs to monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and supervise hourly staff.
• Perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Educate guests and build customer loyalty.
