Qualifications include at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, KPI data usage for improvement, scheduling flexibility, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure are required.
• Proficiency in using KPI data for performance improvement and scheduling flexibility is required.
• Fluency in English is required. Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team.
• Perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Supervise daily operations and train staff.
• Develop work schedules and manage inventory.
• Assist with store audits and maintain a safe, organized environment by opening and closing the center.
• Build customer loyalty and ensure efficient service delivery.
