You will educate guests on vehicle needs, manage schedules, and maintain a safe, organized service center—driving loyalty through top-notch service and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building loyalty.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, make sound judgments, and analyze KPI data for performance improvement.
• Schedule flexibility, with no late nights or holidays required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; fluency in English.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance services, educate guests on vehicle needs, and review recommended services.
• Supervise daily store operations, train new team members, and foster a high-performance team.
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and maintain a clean, safe, and organized service center.
• Develop weekly work schedules, manage inventory, and assist with store audits to uphold safety and performance standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures, adhering to safety protocols, and facilitating team development.
