Job summary

Conserv FS, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support Service Center activities in Wisconsin. You will deliver products, apply crop inputs, and assist in loading and preparing materials for delivery while following pesticide label instructions and company policies.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of related experience, and a valid CDL/Class B license with Hazmat preferred. Ability to work variable hours and lift up to 75 lbs will be needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related work experience with operating sprayers, forklifts, loaders, and other ag equipment.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Requires pesticide or fertilizer licenses/certifications where inputs are applied; renew as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers or Service Centers as per company standards.
• Apply crop production inputs to fields and crops per recommended rates and pesticide labels.
• Mix and blend products per rates and labels; record application data.
• Maintain inventory records and follow procedures for handling materials.
