Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word; Yardi knowledge is a bonus.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct work order discrepancies for accuracy.
• Input and review vendor and internal work orders before status updates.
• Assign work orders to technicians; ensure skills align.
• Monitor daily scheduling of technicians for a full day of work.
• Conduct daily reviews of open work orders for data accuracy.
• Provide feedback on discrepancies to leadership before status change.
• Train onsite teams on work order policies and data processes.
