Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages, plans, organizes, and directs assigned employees.
• Manages and implements security and loss prevention procedures.
• Prepares and manages safety procedures in accordance with TFF and government guidelines.
• Prepares and implements action plans to ensure productivity, load averages, cube utilization, and service targets.
• Works with Central Dispatch to develop a line haul plan to move freight efficiently.
• Schedules employees in accordance with hours planning and service requirements.
