Job summary

TForce Freight seeks a Coordinator, Service Center to oversee Dock, P&D, and Road Dispatch operations, emphasizing customer service, productivity, and safe freight handling.

Responsibilities include planning staffing, implementing security and safety procedures, and coordinating with Central Dispatch to move freight efficiently to destinations while meeting service targets.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Prior dock operations and/or supervision experience in transportation is preferred.

• Prepares and manages safety procedures in accordance with TFF and government guidelines.
• Prepares and implements action plans to ensure the service center achieves planned productivity, load average, cube utilization, and service targets.
• Works with Central Dispatch to develop a line haul plan to move freight to destinations.
• Schedules employees in accordance with hours planning, run bid process, and service requirements.
