Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department in one of our auto service centers in Westminster, CO. You will schedule associates, arrange service appointments, and guide workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.

You will drive sales through guest interactions, build relationships, and mentor team members while ensuring warranties, promotions, and advertisements are clearly communicated.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department by scheduling associates and service appointments.
• Organize workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Drive sales through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop service department associates.
• Articulate warranties, promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
