Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Service Manager in Texas to oversee all Service Center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, HR, training, and compliance. You will ensure excellent service to customers and Team Members while upholding our Vision, Mission and Core Values.

You will lead technicians, coordinate scheduling and service tickets, coach staff, and spend time in the field supporting operations.

Competenze

• Minimum Qualifications listed in the job description include industry experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to pass state regulatory licensing/certification exams if required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet company driving standards.

• Oversee all aspects of Service Center operations, including revenue, sales, profit, HR activities, training and compliance.
• Ensure uncompromised service to customers and Team Members, aligned with Vision, Mission and Core Values.
• Lead technicians, coordinate appointment scheduling and service tickets; verify vehicles, uniforms, products, equipment and paperwork.
