Gills Point S Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at our Portland retail tire and automotive service center. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee sales, service, scheduling, inventory, and team development to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years automotive, tire, or retail service experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications.
• Ability to establish lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Understanding of labor management, productivity metrics, sales performance, and cost control.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work while maintaining high quality standards.
