ZEVAC provides pipeline operators with tools to deliver hydrocarbon molecules to and for their customers in the safest and most environmentally sustainable manner. The Service Center Manager will oversee and manage regional customer expectations, supervise field service employees, and ensure the maintenance and operation of ZEVAC equipment, including executing service jobs, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues locally and regionally.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and retain top-tier field service mechanics, technicians, and coordinators.
  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Train employees and customers on the use of ZEVAC’s specialized pipeline equipment.
  • Organize and oversee staff schedules and work.
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  • Handle discipline and termination in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing to present a unified front to customers.
  • Manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and coordinators, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor interactions between staff and customers.
  • Keep staff informed about product and service updates.
  • Collect data and prepare reports on customer feedback and inquiries.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for the service team.
  • Create knowledge-based documents, FAQs, and summaries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service procedures and recommend changes to leadership.
  • Assist in budget preparation and manage facility P&L.
  • Lead field service jobs as needed to meet staffing demands.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of pipeline field service procedures and principles.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints professionally and calmly.
  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring technicians, coordinators, and partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of pipeline field service experience.
  • Previous supervisory or site management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
