Job summary

Pep Boys Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences and act as the on-site leader when management is not present.

The CSL will mentor teammates, support daily service center operations, and ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction are maintained. This role often works opposite shifts to the Service Center Manager and serves as the point-person during assigned hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced Customer Service Advisor duties, role model excellence
• Serve as on-site key holder, opening/closing and security procedures
• Lead on-duty when the Service Center Manager is absent
• Mentor and train Advisors, provide feedback for development
• Assist with interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Collaborate with technicians and management to improve service operations
• Promote safety and a team-focused work environment
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally
