Job summary

Computacenter Service Center Lead in Saline, MI oversees inventory, service center operations, and multi-location support. You’ll ensure receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping accuracy while maintaining facility operations when leadership is not on-site.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain real-time inventory visibility using the HCAP system, ensuring safety and efficiency for high-value equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or logistics operations.
• Experience in inventory control, service center leadership.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, audit requirements, warehouse optimization strategies.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all inventory control operations across receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping.
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking via the HCAP system.
• Supervise a small team and mentor staff.
• Coordinate service center functions to meet customer requirements.
• Provide onsite leadership and manage facility operations when on-site leadership is absent.
• Generate reports on inventory levels and service center performance
