Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Service Center Lead to oversee inventory control and service center operations across multiple locations. You will manage receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping of high-value equipment while ensuring inventory integrity and compliance with the company’s processes.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with customer sites, and drive continuous improvements in workflow, space utilization, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in inventory control or logistics operations.
• Proven leadership in inventory control and service center operations.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory systems, audits, and optimization strategies.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control operations across receiving, putaway, picking and shipping.
• Coordinate service center functions to meet customer requirements and project scope.
• Assign putaway locations and maintain real-time inventory via the system.
• Supervise a small team and mentor for performance.
• Maintain audits and reports on inventory levels and service center performance.
• Act as onsite lead at customer sites as needed.
