Job summary

Computacenter (UK) Ltd is seeking a Service Center Lead to oversee inventory control and service center operations across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project scope.

You will supervise a small team, manage receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping of high-value equipment, maintain inventory integrity in the HCAP system, and report on center performance while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or logistics operations.
• Experience in inventory control and service center leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory systems, audits and optimization strategies.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control operations across receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping of high-value equipment and materials.
• Coordinate service center functions to meet customer requirements and project scope.
• Determine putaway locations per warehouse strategy and project needs.
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking in the HCAP system.
• Lead and mentor a small service center team and ensure safety and process discipline.
• Provide on-site leadership and address escalations to maintain service quality.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, movement history, and center performance.
