Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Service Center Lead to oversee inventory operations, lead a small team, and ensure seamless service across locations. You will manage receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping, maintain real-time inventory visibility, and drive improvements in layout and processes.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with inventory systems, and a focus on safety and efficiency. On-site work in Saline, MI with opportunities to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in inventory control or logistics.
• Experience leading a service center or warehouse team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and audits.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control operations: receiving, putaway, picking, shipping.
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking and lifecycle traceability.
• Lead service center activities and mentor staff.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and process adherence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Manage high-value equipment and audits within the facility.
