Job summary

IDR, Inc. seeks a Rack Build Quality Control Lead to oversee service center operations across Saline, MI and Memphis, TN. You will manage receiving, put away, picking, and shipping while ensuring customer requirements and project scopes are met.

Travel to client sites and additional centers is expected. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inventory control or logistics, leadership in service centers, and experience with WMS/HCAP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or logistics operations.
• Proven leadership experience in service center operations, with understanding of inventory systems and audits.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS); experience with HCAP is advantageous.
• Ability to operate independently and lead teams across multi-location environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of service center operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and project scopes.
• Oversee inventory operations, including receiving, put away, picking, and shipping, while maintaining inventory integrity using HCAP systems.
• Provide leadership and supervision to the service center team, ensuring operational excellence and customer-focused service.
• Offer continuous feedback on process improvements, warehouse layout optimization, and operational enhancements.
• Travel frequently to customer sites and other service center locations as required.
