Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in service, field operations, maintenance, or related industrial environments.
- 2-3+ years of direct leadership experience managing technicians or field service teams.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing service team with coaching and development.
- Oversee day-to-day service operations ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability.
- Own the service center P&L and drive revenue, gross margin, and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to capture new service and aftermarket opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience with proactive issue resolution and strong partnerships.
