Job summary

Auto Plus in Ogden, UT is seeking a Customer Service Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences and serve as on-site leader when management is away. You will mentor staff, handle escalations, and ensure safe, compliant shop operations.

The CSL opens/closes the store, supports hiring and development, and partners with technicians to optimize service and sales. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced service center.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of service industry experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive service, maintenance and parts.
• Strong understanding of service center operations, safety standards and customer service best-practices.
• Advanced communication and customer service skills with the ability to influence and resolve complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Customer Service Advisor duties at an advanced level and mentor team members.
• Be the subject matter expert on products, services, systems, and shop procedures.
• Act as key holder for opening/closing and secure daily operations.
• Lead on duty when the Service Center Manager is not present and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist with interviewing and evaluating candidates and provide feedback for development.
• Partner with technicians and management to drive sales and improve retention.
• Promote safety, compliance, and a collaborative work environment.
