Job summary

Oil Changers in Payson, UT seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor a service team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will supervise technicians, manage inventory, handle paperwork, and enforce cost controls to maximize location profitability and growth.

You’ll provide service guidance to customers, input maintenance information, ensure cash controls, schedule staff, and drive safety, cleanliness, and timely service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Reads and writes in English.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Good technical knowledge and math skills.
• Mobility is required to move around the store and interact with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Day to Day direction to store personnel to deliver efficient and quality service.
• Supervise and train technicians while monitoring employee-to-customer interactions.
• Complete required paperwork and enact cost controls to ensure profitability and growth.
• Provide service to customer vehicles and explain services to customers, including fluids and filters. Input data into Computer systems.
• Maintain proper cash controls and perform daily deposits and cash handling.
• Perform store inspections, correct discrepancies with Regional Manager when needed.
• Oversee daily housekeeping to keep facilities clean and presentable.
• Ensure safety rules and store open/close procedures are followed.
• Schedule staff to meet service demand and drive store goals.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely vehicle service and customer satisfaction.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and address complaints.
• Review transactions for voids or cash shortages to prevent theft.
• Lead daily supervision and training, including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Educate staff on product and service offerings continuously.
• Ensure proper tools are on hand to do the job.
• Set examples of service quality and train others accordingly.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly paperwork timely.
• Maintain inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
