Grease Monkey International is seeking a Center Manager to serve as the operational and cultural leader of the service center in Valdosta, GA. You will balance hands-on leadership in the bay with strategic oversight of revenue, costs, safety, and talent development.

This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class customer experience, driving sales through fleet relationships, and building a high‑performing, service‑driven team while ensuring OSHA safety standards and strong P&L performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in automotive or service retail.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, cost control and revenue growth.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational KPIs.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
