Job summary

Daher is seeking a Service Center Director for the Pompano Beach facility to lead all maintenance and avionics operations, drive growth, and manage financial performance. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while building a strong team and delivering top‑tier customer service.

Qualified candidates will have 7–10 years in aircraft maintenance with Part 145 experience, plus at least 5 years in leadership directing maintenance divisions, and strong FAA

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations, FAA Part 145 repair station experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role directing maintenance divisions, including Part 145 operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance and avionics operations at the Pompano Beach Service Center.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure FAA Part 145 compliance and safety standards.
• Build high‑performing teams and mentor staff.
