Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks a Crew Chief to lead the service team at Deer Park. You will work with the GM to guide the crew, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales through coaching and strong leadership.

You will develop teammates via our training program, handle daily operations, inventory, and safety, and maintain a clean, productive shop in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and hands-on management experience.

Qualificações

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze and improve sales and service metrics.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Coach and develop teammates through training programs.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to procedures.
• Assist guests with questions and provide exceptional service.
