Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the crew alongside the General Manager to drive performance.
• Coach and mentor teammates through internal training programs.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and ongoing revenue growth.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Open and close the store in the GM's absence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
